A Bit About Honor

I am a licensed therapist trained in trauma informed CBT and motivational interviewing. I graduated with my masters in social work from Columbia University. As a therapist; my approach focuses on integrating trauma informed care and anti-racist practices to every aspect of treatment, and supporting you on your personal journey of growth. I use a blend of trauma informed CBT, motivational interviewing and DBT skills to support each client’s unique needs and goals. My work experience includes social work in a school setting, providing therapy, and working with dual diagnosis substance use and mental health. I am passionate about social justice and community care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD and personality disorders. In my free time, I enjoy making art and listening to music. I am committed to creating therapeutic relationships focused on healing and growth.
