Do you provide medication?No, we do not provide medication. Our focus is on providing therapy services to support mental health and well-being. However, if medication is necessary, we can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist or medical professional.

Is therapy confidential?Yes, therapy is confidential. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and information shared during sessions is kept confidential within the bounds of the law.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, our providers are in-network with several insurance plans and continuously apply for participation with additional insurance companies. For all other insurance providers, we are considered “out-of-network.” Through our partnership with Mentaya, we can bill our services out-of-network for you, and you would only be responsible for the co-pay. However, it is important to check with your specific company about your mental health/behavioral health out-of-network benefits and the details of those benefits.

What if I don't have insurance?If you don't have insurance, we offer affordable self-pay options. Our team can discuss flexible payment plans and sliding scale fees based on your financial situation. Please contact us for more information.

What is the cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be waived if a session is rescheduled within the same week.
