A Bit About Mohamed
My name is Mohamed Bahader, and I’m a dedicated mental health counselor with a genuine passion for helping individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, transformation and wellness. With a solid foundation in Psychology from the City University of New York and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, my career has been driven by a deep commitment to helping others overcome their challenges.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve their best selves. I specialize in using evidence-based practices like EMDR and CBT, combined with a person-centered approach, to provide compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
I offer targeted support for those dealing with trauma. I incorporate the wellness model into my approach, recognizing that true healing involves not just addressing immediate challenges but also nurturing overall well-being. I believe in the power of community and the importance of a supportive network, which is why I am committed to helping my clients navigate their path to recovery with confidence and resilience.
Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or seeking to become a better version of yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can create a roadmap that establishes safety, acknowledges strengths and areas for improvement, and sets clear clinical goals and objectives.
