A Bit About Christina
I hold my Bachelor’s of Social Work from The College of St. Rose with a minor in Criminal Justice and my Master’s of Social Work from SUNY Albany School of Social Welfare. Our journey together will involve motivational tools and a solution-focused approach. Together, we will explore your strengths and utilize them to empower you during your most difficult times. I often use humor to create a safe space where you can openly talk while receiving acceptance and understanding. I will assist you with managing your pressing concerns and will be your advocate every step of the way so that you can live a healthy, productive life.
My experience includes working on a crisis assessment team managing crises in person and on crisis hotlines, including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (also known as 988). I have worked with children as young as 5 years old and specialist with older adults and geriatrics.
After the COVID pandemic, I then started my Telehealth journey on various platforms and continue to do a mix of virtual therapy and in-person therapy in a private practice setting.
